All linens and towels provided.

 

House is not air-conditioned, but in Maine that rarely presents a problem.

 

Heat is Forced Hot Air on an oil furnace with a back-up system in a Propane Stove in Kitchen/ Living Area.

 

Full complement of kitchen accessories and appliances.  No dishwasher.

 

Two-bed cedar sauna attached to bathroom.

 

Propane BBQ Grill.  Benches with fire pit and grill attachment at top of hill.

 

Washer and Dryer in basement.

 

Three Season Porch with Penobscot Bay Porch Swing and dining table.

 

TV that plays only DVD’s and VHS.

 

Office with desk, bookshelves, and tourist information binders.

 

Long-Distance Telephone available, first $20.00 included, all other usage will be billed.

 

House has deeded access to the lake but it is difficult to get to!  It is located off Big Hill Road which is aptly named.  There is a public beach in town on Red Cross Road.
