Peace and tranquility await you in the North Woods of Maine.  The Dog House is situated on three acres on Scammon Ridge overlooking Moosehead Lake.  With accommodations for 6 (very friendly) people, it is an open floor-plan half log sided camp built in the sixties.  There are three bedrooms and one full bath.  The region is full of attractions especially for the outdoor enthusiast.  The Dog House is located less than two miles from downtown Greenville near shopping, restaurants, and tourist activities.  The house is only rented with a pre-rental interview and you must call for dates, details and rates.  It will not be available for rental until summer of 2008.  The purpose of this page is to provide information to those going to stay at the house and so that we learn to build a web site!  Thanks for visiting our site and hope you enjoy the photos.
